Four columns by five rows: twenty compartments of roughly 11 by 12 centimetres. That is a lot of division in very little wall, and that is the point — it shows a whole collection at once, each piece in its own square.

Liqueur glasses, minerals, model cars, spice jars, a wall of small succulents. Everything that comes in sets and would turn into an untidy row on a plain shelf.

Ten centimetres deep and 63 tall — taller than it is wide, so it wants a vertical stretch of wall.

Solid pine with a natural finish and the grain on show. The pale wood leaves the cubbies more open than the black version, where the inside reads as shadow.

There is also a black version, square and with nine cubbies.

Care: wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products.
