14-day returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. You have the right to return your purchase, and we want this process to be simple and transparent.
Right of free return (14 days)
Under Decree-Law no. 24/2014, you have 14 days to return your order without needing to state any reason. This period starts from the date you receive the item.
To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision within these 14 days. After doing so, you have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must:
- be unused and in perfect condition;
- be returned in its original packaging, properly protected for transport;
- be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
In the case of fragile items (e.g., lamps and glass or ceramic pieces), we ask for special care in packaging and recommend using the original packaging with "fragile" identification.
How to initiate a return
- Contact us indicating the order number and that you wish to return it.
- Await our response with shipping instructions.
- Return the item. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service with insurance and a tracking code — NIXOFY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- After we receive and verify the item, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a defective or damaged item, or an error in shipping on our part — in these cases, NIXOFY will cover the costs.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for items made to measure or custom-produced specifically for the customer, unless they are defective.
Defective items
In addition to the right of free return, all items benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If your item has a defect, Contact us and we will handle the situation according to applicable law.
