120 cm shelf suspended by natural leather straps. 20 cm deep.

No metal supports: the shelf hangs from two leather straps fastened to the wall. It is the entire piece — wood, leather and nothing else — and therefore fits well where black metal would be too harsh.

One hundred and twenty centimetres provide an uninterrupted continuous line. Twenty centimetres deep can accommodate books laid flat, leaning photo frames, or a sequence of small vases.

The leather is natural, in a light raw hide tone, and darkens and gains shine with use, like a belt. It is not a finish that spoils: it is a finish that ages.

Care: clean the wood with a dry cloth. Do not wet the leather.
