After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery.
📦 How to track your order?
- Check your email and find the shipping confirmation message from NIXOFY.
- Click on the tracking link included in the email, or copy the tracking number.
- Go to the indicated carrier's website and enter the tracking number.
⏱️ Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimated after the order is shipped:
- Mainland Portugal: 7 to 15 business days
- Madeira and Azores: 10 to 20 business days
- Europe: 10 to 20 business days
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, holidays, or weather conditions.
