As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to follow the delivery — without leaving our website.

Just enter your order number (e.g., #1014) and the email you used for the purchase. If you prefer, you can directly use the tracking number you received by email.
Automatic notifications
You don't need to keep checking. We will send you an email whenever there are updates:
- when the order begins its journey;
- when it is out for delivery;
- when it is delivered;
- and if there are any issues, we will notify you and handle it.
Estimated delivery times
Calculated from the order's dispatch date:
- Mainland Portugal: 7 to 15 business days
- Madeira and Azores: 10 to 20 business days
- European Union: 10 to 20 business days
