Handmade Portuguese stoneware. Greyish white with brown undertones.
The Peniche Bowl serves cereal for breakfast, soup for dinner, or fruit in the mid-afternoon — it's just the right size to do all three without looking out of place. The stoneware is robust and the glaze has the serene tone of the coast that gives it its name.
Handmade in Portugal: the colour varies from piece to piece, between greyish white and brown undertones. It's not a defect, it's the material behaving like stoneware.
